Registered Nurse |
Registered Nurses provide community clinical nursing services by assessing a client's health status and unmet family needs, serving patient caseloads, performing various procedures and treatment courses, as well as educating and counseling clients and their families in health maintenance and promotion and disease prevention. Nurses work at both Hope Health Center and Hope Health Community Center. Typical duties of the job include but not limited to: - Assessing and planning nursing care requirements - Performing a triage and overall health assessment prior to patient's physician appointment - Implementing physicians’ orders, administration of medications, IVs, treatments, procedures and tests (blood, urine, etc) - Documenting treatment in the database Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Bachelor's of science degree in nursing (BSN), an associate degree in nursing (ADN), or a diploma in nursing. * Verification of the licensing exam, the National Council Licensure Examination-RN, or NCLEX-RN, administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing ( NCSBN).
