Administrators are responsible for the smooth process within all establishments of Hope Health Group. Administrators are responsible for greeting patients and visitors, providing customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, registering patients in the database, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. An administrator works with Hope Health Center, Hope Dental Clinic and Hope Health Community Center. Administrators have a wide range of opportunities for development and can join Human Resources at a later time via internal recruitment. Among their responsibilities are: - Generating awareness of Hope Health Group's vacancies through regular advertising, answering calls from the landline and guiding interested individuals to Hope Health Group's job advertisements, offering help and advice on the application process. - Managing the reception - Managing the allocation of patients to staff - Managing the clinic database - Making sure that the database remains up to date and in order - Creating patient files - Schedule management Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): * Must be 18 years old and above. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Basic ability to work with a computer, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to efficiently perform under pressure. * Prior experience in customer service is an advantage (not a requirement). Salaries of up to $10,000/w, plus bonuses ($4,000/h) and benefits, once with Human Resources up to $17,500/w plus bonuses ($4,000/h) and benefits. |
